We request at least 48 hours' notice when you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment or project start.

Changes to Project Timing

Weather, site access, floor conditions, repair discoveries, product drying requirements, or customer-requested scope changes can affect scheduling. When that happens, the updated plan should be confirmed before work continues.

Access on the Scheduled Date

Please make sure the agreed project areas can be accessed at the scheduled time and that preparation instructions provided for the job have been completed.
