Hardwood floor refinishing, repair, screen and recoat, hardwood cleaning, polishing, buffing, and waxing for properties in Fairfax, VA.
We assess your floor's condition, discuss your goals, and explain the options. You'll receive a clear, final estimate before work begins.
We use professional heavy-duty sanders and HEPA vacuum dust-containment systems to strip old finishes while minimizing airborne dust.
We apply the selected stain when requested, followed by the approved protective finish system for the project. (Typical dry times vary by product and conditions).
Before we wrap up, we review the completed work with you, ensure your satisfaction, and provide clear curing and maintenance instructions.
Fairfax homeowners request everything from surface maintenance to full hardwood refinishing and board repair. Our first step is determining whether the wear is limited to the coating or extends into the wood itself.
A screen-and-recoat is not a substitute for sanding when the floor has deep scratches, exposed wood, heavy discoloration, or finish compatibility problems. We explain that distinction before pricing the project.
Repairs, stain changes, stairs, and furniture requirements are priced and documented as part of the agreed scope.
