These Terms & Conditions explain the basic rules for using Floors-4u.com and requesting hardwood flooring services.

1. Online Estimates

Website estimates are preliminary planning ranges based on the information entered. They are not a guaranteed final contract price.

2. Final Scope & Approval

The final scope, included areas, repairs, materials, finish system, access requirements, project timing, and price are confirmed before approved work begins.

3. Existing Floor Conditions

Natural wood variation, prior repairs, old coatings, contamination, moisture damage, gaps, movement, replacement boards, prior sanding, and unknown products can affect the recommended process and final appearance.

4. Access & Preparation

Customers are responsible for providing agreed access to the project areas and following preparation instructions communicated for furniture, personal items, pets, utilities, or other site conditions.

5. Product Drying & Curing

Drying, recoating, furniture return, rug placement, and full cure times vary by finish product, temperature, humidity, ventilation, and site conditions. Product-specific instructions provided for the project should be followed.
