The Floors 4 U estimator is designed to provide a useful preliminary planning range before a project is physically reviewed.

What the Estimate Uses

The calculator can consider service type, square footage, floor type, condition, finish selection, repairs, stain, stairs, furniture, warranty options, and ZIP code information entered by the customer.

Why the Final Price Can Change

The actual floor can differ from the information entered online. Hidden damage, additional repairs, access conditions, previous coatings, contamination, board replacement, connected areas, stairs, material selection, or a changed scope can affect the final project price.

Approval Before Work

The final project scope and price are confirmed with the customer before the approved work begins. An online range does not require you to book the project.
